Real-time AI Review Progress and Resume

A real-time progress bar now appears while AI review is running. You can see how many applications have been completed out of the total, and even if you interrupt mid-way, the previous selection state is retained so you can resume. An infinite loop issue causing excessive API calls has also been fixed.
