AI Reviewer Assignment and Evaluation

AI reviewers added to a program can be assigned to applications and automated scoring can be run. The assignment matrix UI in the review assignment tab displays human and AI reviewers side by side, making it easy to see assignment status at a glance. AI reviewers only score their assigned applications, and scores with evaluation comments appear in the team review table.
