AI Reviewer Assignment and Evaluation

## AI Reviewer Assignment and Evaluation AI reviewers added to a program can be assigned to applications and automated scoring can be run. --- ### Operations in the Review Assignment Tab 1. Open the **"Review Assignment" tab** in the program details 2. The matrix UI displays columns for human reviewers and columns for AI reviewers side by side 3. Use the checkboxes in AI reviewer columns to manually set assignments for each application 4. Random equal distribution and similarity-priority auto-assignment also apply to AI reviewers --- ### Running AI Review Once assignment is complete, click the **"Run AI Review"** button from the Reviewer Management tab or the Review Assignment tab. - The AI scores assigned applications in sequence - Scores appear in the team review table once scoring is complete --- ### Checking Results in the Team Review Table - AI reviewer score columns are displayed alongside human reviewer columns - AI scores are not subject to Z-score normalization (bias correction is not required) - AI reviewer evaluation comments can also be viewed in the detail dialog --- ### Notes - AI reviewers only score assigned applications (unassigned applications are not scored) - If review assignments are reconfigured, the next run will score based on the new assignments
