AI Reviewer Persona Marketplace

## AI Reviewer Persona Marketplace Platform administrators can create, edit, and delete AI reviewer personas. Program administrators can then add those personas to programs for use in evaluations. --- ### What is an AI Reviewer Persona? A virtual reviewer that mimics real reviewers, investors, or mentors based on their profiles and past comments. Each persona has the following attributes: - **Display Name**: The name shown on participant feedback (can be anonymized) - **Specialty / Investment Stage**: Used for weighting evaluations - **Expertise Tags**: Key areas automatically extracted by AI from past comments - **Maturity Badge**: Indicates the persona's learning level (Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced) --- ### Platform Administrator Operations #### Creating a Persona 1. Go to **AI Reviewer Management** in the sidebar 2. Click **"Create New Persona"** 3. Enter a display name, specialty, investment stage, and reference comments, then save #### Auto-Extracting / Re-analyzing Tags 1. Click **"AI Tag Extraction"** on a persona card 2. The AI automatically generates and updates expertise tags from past comments 3. Re-analysis can be run at any time #### Deleting a Persona Delete using the delete button on the persona card. A confirmation dialog appears before deletion. --- ### Program Administrator Operations (Adding from Marketplace) 1. Open the **"Reviewer Management" tab** in the program details 2. Click **"Add AI Reviewer"** 3. Select a persona from the marketplace and add it 4. Added AI reviewers appear in the AI reviewer list on the program overview page --- ### Notes - Only platform administrators can create and delete personas - Both program administrators and platform administrators can add or remove from programs - The same persona can be added to multiple programs
