Dynamic Integration of Report Templates and Program Information
Place program data blocks in an outcome report
Audience and prerequisites
Open an entitled program as its administrator. Works and awards must meet their disclosure conditions. Japanese labels quoted here identify the controls described in the corresponding Japanese guide.
Edit the template and report
- Open the program's 「成果レポート」 (Outcome reports) from the sidebar at /program/:programId/report, replacing :programId with the real program ID.
- Open 「テンプレート」 (Templates), choose the template and open its editor. Select the block whose content/layout you want to edit.
- Edit block labels, initial text and placement, then save the template. Rich-text content and program-data blocks are distinct.
- To edit a report, open it from 「レポート一覧」 (Report list), then select the destination block in its layout editor.
- In 「プログラムデータ」 (Program data), choose a type under 「データブロックを追加」 (Add a data block) and execute the add action. Eligible event, team, work, result, award or KPI information appears in that block.
- Use 「上へ移動」/「下へ移動」 to order the data blocks. Remove an unwanted data block with its 「削除」 control; verify that the rich-text body remains separate.
- Save the report and inspect the result. If data is unavailable or loading failed, resolve the displayed issue before continuing.
Check generated reports
- For manual generation, click 「レポートを生成する」 (Generate report), complete the displayed period and other conditions, and run generation.
- Open the new report from 「レポート一覧」. Check event information, KPIs, eligible works and the selected layout.
- For recurring generation, configure the conditions in 「スケジュール」 (Schedule) and inspect generated reports in the same way. Template saving, generation and publication are separate actions.
Important notes
- Saved/generated report data is a snapshot, not a continuously synchronized view of later program changes.
- Access and disclosure are checked at generation. Review actual output before sharing it externally.
