Addition and Renewal of Career Portfolio Feature
Create a portfolio work from your achievements and materials
Audience and prerequisites
Sign in and prepare achievements/materials you are allowed to use. Publication of a work, consent for its source materials and disclosure of profile fields are independent choices. Quoted Japanese labels identify the current controls.
Create a work and select evidence
- Open 「設定」 (Settings) at /settings and select the 「ポートフォリオ」 (Portfolio) tab.
- Click 「作品を作成」 (Create work). The editor opens at /portfolio/:id/edit; :id is the new work's actual ID.
- Enter the title and introduction. For example, “Health-support app built at a hackathon” is an input example; replace it with your own actual achievement.
- Add an 「実績」 (Achievement) or 「資料」 (Document) block. Use Achievement for a submission without a file and Document for a source with a file.
- In that block's source selector, select the achievement/material you want included. Verify its association with the block.
- Edit the text and layout, click 「保存」 (Save), and verify that the unsaved state clears.
Review disclosure and publish
- If publication warnings appear, open the relevant source through 「本文で確認」 and inspect the source-specific disclosure requirement.
- If you choose to disclose the original source, use its consent control and read the confirmation. This consent also affects the profile and other works using that source; approve only if intended.
- Open the preview and follow any save confirmation. A preview is not publication.
- Click 「公開する」 (Publish), approve the confirmation and verify 「公開中」 (Published).
- Open /portfolio/:id and check that only eligible text, images and materials are visible before sharing the URL.
- For later edits, save and click 「公開内容を更新」 (Update public content). To stop sharing, use 「非公開にする」 and verify the state.
Important notes
- Do not assume an external-service import wizard or a three-level public/restricted/private selector. Use the actual source and publication controls.
- Revoking source consent can affect other published works. Removing a source association from one work does not change the original source or its consent.
