Enhanced Program Management Permissions and Access Control
Check management rights and AI-review eligibility before acting
Audience and prerequisites
Sign in with an account authorized to manage the program. Viewing, updating, package access and AI-review credits are separate requirements.
Inspect settings and submissions within your access scope
- Switch the sidebar to program-administrator context and open a program you manage.
- Open that program's settings at /program/:programId/settings. If access is denied, stop and ask the authorized manager rather than continuing with a guessed management URL.
- Edit only the intended setting and use the displayed save action. Verify successful completion before navigating away.
- Open the program's submission list, expand the relevant assignment and inspect its submitters/statuses. Viewing does not itself authorize updates or reminders.
- In a read-only preview, follow the displayed restriction and inspect only. Do not attempt manager updates or notification sending from a preview.
Review AI-evaluation conditions
- Open the program's evaluation screen and inspect the assignment, submission and evaluation conditions. Individual judging is at /program/:programId/individual-judge.
- Before confirming AI evaluation, read the target, credit requirement, balance and displayed conditions. If credits or eligibility are insufficient, stop and check the package/evaluation configuration.
- Confirm execution only after reviewing the target and requirements. Verify completion and the target submission's result; do not treat an error as success.
Important notes
- This strengthens authorization and eligibility checks; it does not introduce an arbitrary role-editing screen.
- Insufficient AI credits restrict eligible AI-evaluation execution, not all program editing or viewing.
