Submission Reminders and Trash Management
Remind non-submitters and restore or permanently delete assignments
Audience and prerequisites
Sign in as the program administrator. Eligible reminder recipients are current non-submitters with an email address. Retention/restoration here concerns assignments, not a separate submission-trash page. Japanese labels below identify the current controls.
Select recipients and send a reminder
- Open the program submission list at /program/:programId/submissions.
- Expand the relevant assignment and inspect its title and non-submitters.
- Use the assignment action for selecting non-submitters to remind, then inspect the recipient-selection area.
- If you use 「この課題の未提出者全員を選択」 (Select all eligible non-submitters), note that it covers all pages. Uncheck recipients you do not want included.
- Verify the count and click 「選択した未提出者にリマインド(○名)」. Review the recipients and message in the confirmation, then execute sending.
- Read the completed/failed counts. Do not treat a partial failure as success for every recipient; review only the necessary failed targets.
Check retention and restore an assignment
- Open the program assignment settings at /program/:programId/tasks.
- Find the deleted assignment row and inspect its remaining days or scheduled permanent-deletion information.
- Use that row's restoration action, following its displayed label such as 「復旧する」.
- Verify that the deleted marker disappears and normal assignment editing becomes available in the list.
Permanently delete before the retention deadline
- Check the deleted row's assignment name and deletion schedule. Permanent deletion cannot be undone.
- Click 「完全削除」 (Permanent deletion) and read the target and irreversible-deletion warning in the confirmation.
- Approve only if intended, then verify that the assignment disappears from the list. Cancel if uncertain.
Important notes
- Use the retention information shown in the actual list. No /trash or /submissions/reminders navigation is required.
- Recheck recipients immediately before sending because submission status can change. Permanent deletion is different from reversible deletion/restoration.
